3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on current factory pricing, exchange rates, and shipping costs. Final pricing may vary depending on order specifications, volume, and market conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Typically, a deposit is required to commence sourcing, with balance payable prior to shipment. We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.

5. Liability

My Building List endeavours to ensure all sourced products meet agreed specifications and Australian standards. However, our liability is limited to the value of our sourcing fee. We recommend independent verification for critical applications.
